  • Payments secure project time, resources, and intellectual effort
  • Failure to complete the project due to delays in providing content, approvals, or access does not qualify for a refund
2.2 Client Delays or Non-Responsiveness

If a project is paused for more than 14 days due to client non-responsiveness:

  • Restarting the project may require a reactivation fee
  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in rare cases such as:

  • Our inability to complete your project
  • Proven technical errors caused directly by us

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using any payment method of our choice and may take 5 - 10 business days to reflect.


4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication constitutes a breach of our Terms of Use and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Revocation of access to digital products
  • Permanent termination of the client relationship


5. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including sales, revenue, enrollments, or business growth. Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.
