How long will it take you to complete my full website?

• 3 business days after we've received all requirements needed to begin your website designs from you. Weekends not included.

What are the requirements you need from me to begin my website design or product setup?

•  Course contents - Please upload all your course contents to google drive and share the link with us (videos, audios, PDFs, mockups, images) and outline the curriculum.
•  Page copies - Please provide a script for the exact words you want to be written on your homepage, course sales page and any other pages.
•  Professional bio and headshot photo for instructor's bio page.
•  Access to your Podia or Teachable account.

Would you create or edit my course contents for me?

• No, we do not create, develop or edit course contents. We set up completed courses that are ready for uploads on your website.

Would you provide the contents of what would be written on my website?

• No, you're required to provide us with your sales copy or wordings for every page. And we would turn them into beautifully designed catchy pages.

Do you provide stock images used for the designs?

• Yes, we would get stock images from Unsplash that we can use for your page designs.

Do you create course mockups, graphics and Gifs used for the designs?

• We do not provide those directly. However, we work with a graphic design team that we outsource this service to for interested clients at $30 per image.

Would you guide me and provide support after my project is completed?

• Yes, we would provide 1-month free support via email or video call to walk through anything you need to know about navigating your website. This service is only available to those who booked the Complete Website Design package. However, support and guidance are also available for you to book at an hourly rate if you didn't use the full package service.

How does the payment work?

• We accept payment via credit/debit card or wire transfers (ACH or SWIFT). Full payment is required before starting your project.

Can I speak with you first on a live call to discuss my project details?

• Yes, we can discuss your project details in a free 30-minute call on Google Meet. Please click here to pick a time in our calendar.
